Good customer service and I was told that the bank has been here for more than 50 years.

Very nice and they have free drinking water for customers

I was to lloyds bank at 16.45 and mr mathew refused me to pay in a bank account cash because he said that is closed but i saw that they close at 5pm. I paied the taxi 10 gbp to go to the branch for nothing!

Not only is this branch housed in a gorgeous building (the interior is more like a grand house), the staff are friendly and helpful and deliver excellent customer service.

Their staff are amazing , all of them helpful and me as an immigrant in the uk they helped me alot to open my bank account very quickly and easily but i love their personnels , amazing costumer service
