Unhelpful people poor service, when ever we asked for help they never that person who can help. Poor very poor

Entitled , Incompetent and Ignorant staff.
Visited 3 times to open a bank account but was sent back every time with a different reason . Applied online to a neighbouring bank was given a sort and account number in less than 5 mins .

Do not visit this branch. Pathetic service whenever I’m forced to visit. Ridiculously long queues at the cashiers desk whilst other staff sit around chatting.

I phoned to have a new pin number sent to me and was told it would take 20 mins to answer having been on the line for 39 mins i was then cut off i am 88 years old i do not need stress and poor service such as this
