TSB Bank

My first experience was to change my parents accounts from Lloyds to TSB. I was in the bank for 6 hours sorting it all out.
Yesterday I made an appointment to see an advisor through one of the cashiers. She made the appointment for today. When I arrived for the appointment the person I was supposed to see was never going to be in today.
I do not bank with TSB myself and never will.

Shutting At 5 Is Annoying, But Good Service

Very convenient & nice helpful staff !

It would be easier getting into fort Knox than getting through to this f--kin bank waste of time one has to wounder what the staff are doing and why they are getting paid
