Lloyds Bank

I have been trying to open an account and been twice to appointments to do this and it was still not accomplished following this due to computors not working. I have not received a bank card as yet as it was due to be active from yesterday and i was promised a phone call today to update me but this hasnt happened either so i have no idea whats going on so i just tried to ring and spoke to a scottish gentleman who said he would put me through to Stafford Road, Wolverhampton branch but it just kept ringing so im not impressed at all to be honest

I went for the statement that would show in and out balance and they couldn't do that, I had to do this myself and print it, I have received a call from Lloyds about my experience in this branch and after that they called me from the branch again telling me they can't do that. That's just hilarious that bank can't do the most basic task for their clients and they argue with you about that.

! rubbish bank all the staff have got a chip on there shoulder why? you getting paid to do a job not look down on people. Dont want to seem to help especially if your asian. wanted to change a ripped £5 note was told I couldnt do it even when i had over 50 percent of the note was told to send to bank of england for a refund even though have been a lloyds member for 20 years plus.

I normally go to town to bank but this is on my way to school .The staff are so friendly waiting at the doors and asking what service we would like.Really helpful too.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Matters are always attended to promptly and without complaint. Sara (Manager) especially is a good reason to bank there as she seems to be running the ship greatly.

Sara helped me with an issue regarding online banking on friday 20/8/21, she was brilliant really patient and helpful also nice to chat to while being on hold with the online team in store, great customer service, so a massive thanks to her and the branch

Had to pop in to get a bank statement for a job that iv applied for and the lady was really nice and helpful,went home and realised it was a credit card statement I needed so I popped back and she helped me again, very polite and helpful and I’m sure she was smiling under the mask, Sarah boot thank you

Absolutely useless staff rude n very unhelpful shame Lloyds bank to keep staff like this not all of them but the most of them
