Giving one star as couldn't give less. Absolutely appalled this morning having nipped into our only bank here to be "served" by a very rude and obnoxious woman who was quite frankly beyond the face of Lloyds Bank.
As a business you should be aware of her attitude and incivility towards customers. I am just thankful I don't have an account there! Will be avoiding at all costs

Closed again and now no cash in the ATM.
They are as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Seems I may once again be obliged to change bank.
Very inconvenient and most annoying.
