One of the worst branch and staff ,
i need to transfer some money to my solicitor account, when I reched there one employee said she don't know how to transfer money because its big amount then she said wait for other staff member a black women she was very rude, i show her my id ,she said she can't transfer money,she dont know how to talk with customer,she said to me you can visit main branch in wolverhampton they can transfer money for you, i ask her why are you sitting there if you cant do anything, if she read this comment my advice to you leave you attitude and ego at home you are doing here job 😡😡😡

Always good service here, can get very busy at peak times. Not particularly accessible for wheelchairs & only one cash point outside.

Its not very often I complain but..The procedures at this bank are rubbish, if you wait in the queue outside they come to you and say , oh you don't need to queue if your paying a cheque in just go to the paying in machine. If you go straight in to the paying in machine they say you have to wait in the queue. The bank manager who wasn't wearing a mask said the member of staff didn't come out to the customers because she was managing the back area. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE! so why was she standing there when people were queuing outside?? Was also questioned by the bank manager that if the service is so bad why do i bank with them. The cheek of it, I have banked for over 35 years with them longer than she has probably worked for there. with a business and personal account but am now going to close both and move to a decent bank with more staff and decent opening hours! also will be putting a complaint in online.

Ordered money over phone for collection for next day. Was buying a load of 2nd hand unused building materials for cash off a private seller. The Gestapo lady behind counter refused to give me my OWN money unless I provided a quote for goods I was buying what a joke, I said it's my money ill spend it how I like. Walked out changed banks now too, avoid this branch.

They need to close this branch. I have been banking with this brach several years with no problem at all, but today i went to aske for a statement of our company which i was catered by a new guy (new manager as i can see in his badge). Not a very accommodating actually as we normally greeted with a nice smile everytime i transact business with this bank and suddenly he just turned me down by not saying im not authorised to ask for a statement. Wow how can he say that if this is my normal routine before he came?
