Some people say switching saves ££'s, I say loyalty pays. I have been with Lloyds over half my life and transferred to my current branch 30 years ago. That means the Staff are friends, and I get a tip-top Service. Personally I wish Banks didn't exist, and I know money isn't real, in the meantime, I choose Lloyds, E17.

Excellent staff. Every member of the team is friendly, professional and quick unlike their competitors. Several ATMs both inside and outside and someone is always on hand to help with them. There is a separate desk for customer service which means the counter staff are available for day to day banking. Overall an excellent branch which is very well managed. This team are a credit to Lloyds!

I have been banking with Lloyds since 1979 and often visit Walthamstow branch weekly to pay bills or/and use the inside Cashpoint- the staff there are all really smart and professional and friendly, and very hardworking all the time I see them there- i always leave there feeling in a good mood- I am a government line manager and compare everyone working in the bank, with how i try and treat my own staff- I am also a qualified H&S officer and was really impressed with how they managed Covid Biosecurity in 2020 and 2021- All staff there impress me, but Ikrah, Corin and Caroline always make me and others feel appreciated and welcome- I think the same about other staff there too - but do not know everyone's names- thanks for being so helpful to me and the public all the time- when you are able to do so.

Just the friendliness and professional branch I've ever entered. All the staff are so happy in their jobs which reflect in their excellent customer service.

Not allowed me to make a transfer to my friend and blocked my account.
Called the hotline, wasted 30mins+ for waiting and asked me to come to the branch. The branch then call back the hotline externally, asked me to wait for another 30mins+.

Nice people, but absolutely ridiculous wait times due to a phonecall I've could have done from home. Broken phones and constant referrals of the employee that extended the wait time to well over an hour. It's a broken and aging system that clearly doesn't work. Experience made me consider changing to Monzo after my five years in Lloyds.

I'm just new in United Kingdom and i live in Walthamstow. This's my first experience with Lloyd's bank E17. A person named IQRA deal with me. I found very humble nice lady with great manners. I'm fan of her way she's dealing with customer's. Huge respect for IQRA
