Excellent branch of natwest the best customer service around im happy that this one is my home branch. The staff are good and really go that extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied.

i went on Saturday to do a chaps payment and the guy forgot to press the button which means that i am now delayed on buying a house!!! Nobody could help me on the phone.

The bank has decided to go mobile IE internet based. As such now only one till is open majority of the time. Leading to long queues and major headaches for customers. I would recommend people stop using NatWest. An extremely disgruntled customer.

Not enough staff or maybe the bank does not want customers ?

Very rude came in to discuss my recent application and submit my documents but the man was so rude talking to me like I was begging him for money. Stupid

And the tills so slow long queue

Excellent customer service from a dedicated team. During the lockdown the team continued to provide a professional and sympathetic service. My contact with individual members of staff has always been a professional experience. My sincere thanks to you all.

This is the worst brunch ever. Opens late, closes early. Worst then corner shop.
