Amazing!!!!

Excellent bank and banking online is even better,their banking app is the best ive used,simple to use great contact through app,freindly staff that have sorted anything you need to know in minutes,can even pay cheques in through app,a bank that in my rateings is number one.Made my banking enjoyable and simple.

Went into the branch today, wanted to pay in cash and was told to use the deposit machine. I didn't want to do this as I had trouble before and the machine jammed up. I was advised again to use the machine. guess what it jammed up !! my money and card were returned to me and I was told to go to the desk and pay in, just as I had originally asked. To my dis-belief once counted I was told it was £100 short and the money must be in the machine. a search of the machine then happened and I was told the money wasn't there. To add insult to injury the guy behind me in the queue had the same issue and he was £20 short. I am now left with no explanation as to where my money is, no recourse I simply have to accept it ! the same for the other guy. please don't use these machines I am left thinking this is a scam by the bank and I have now been ripped off for £100. I have banked with Lloyds for over 30 years but not anymore. WELL DONE LLOYDS

Horible customer service . I have been waiting 45 minutes just to pay in money to my account cause depozit machine it's broken again and it's just only one person on cashier when it's 12 people waiting
