Telephone service brutal have now tried 4 time and each time left holding and then operator answers hangs up

I’ve been an hour waiting for an assistant it’s ridiculous

Terrible, awful customer service as since they took the counter away, they make you wait for hours and hours.
This morning just because, they too too slow i had a parking ticket of £25.
Useless staff at HSBC in Camberley.
Seriously, I'm gonna move my account elsewhere as they dont appreciate my custom.
Bunch of thiefs @ HSBC as everytime i tray to make bog amount transfer they make me pay £17 just because, theire mobile banking app doesn't allow me to do big transfers even below their daily limit.
Everytime, i go to HSBC in Camberley i get frustrated and i come back shaky and headace.

If I could give zero I would. This especially goes to Jeremy R. Appalling service, totally unprofessional and rude. I lost complete trust in this place. Shameful.

Excellent customer service from the Camberley team! I needed to withdraw some money after work and was in a rush, the manager called Carol to help me, she was very efficient & dealt with my request so quickly. From our brief conversation she seemed like a very caring person. I shall be doing my banking in Camberley HSBC in future, what a nice experience it was!

Service is hit and miss; depends who sits behind the counter and whether they woke up on the right side of the bed! It was the final push to close my account with HSBC.

A bank that is only open when most people are at work.
