I was incredibly impressed by the way in which we were welcomed by Mr Mohammed, the banking adviser. Easy going, to the point and addressed all concerns I had upon 2 of the visits I made to the branch; he really personalised his service as well and made my mother felt very comfortable. I don’t do review so this really a token of my appreciation!
In general, the bank is quite good and can’t fault the service.

I am very upset with one of the staff her name is Ratika Rose. She was very rude. I find her racist because she was behaving so nicely with other people before me but with me she wasn't even smiling and didn't say hello. I was in rush and she told me to go on another queue so rudely. I went there to take out my bank statement, she asked me if I use internet banking and I could print it out by myself. She was talking to me very rudely. I cannot print out those statement that's why I went there otherwise why would I go. She is sitting there to help the customer but with that high attitude, rude and unfriendly behaviour. I cann't believe she is there for customer service.

I’m writing a review about Lloyds bank as they have helped me through the toughest times during the Covid so I’m also writing the names of the people who have helped me during the session as I was in a very financial problem and I wouldn’t have coped without the help from this great support team as well as the support from my family

Without these people I would’ve not been able To cope the next couple of years of who knows what would’ve happened after the Covid if they haven’t helped me and supported me. So thank you very much to you or you have been absolutely amazing.

And I do recommend if you do struggle at times with money financing problems even in a pandemic like this voice is very helpful bank 🙏😊

Wonderful experience. I ordered a card and it arrived soon after. Being Belgian and new to England, I didn't really know how it worked. I just had to enter the bank and directly a lovely woman came to assist me. She explained everything to me in detail in and in French, my mother tongue! I highly recommend.

Shocking.. I had 3 appointments with banking adviser. First didn't happen because he was ill. Apparently someone tried to call me but couldn't get through. Could have left a message maybe? Second didn't happen because I was ill - tried to reply back to automated sms but this was one of those "do not reply to". I just had a third one scheduled for 12 today. Showed up at 11:50, waited over half an hour and then gave up and left. Unprofessional, frustrating, time wasting. Giving one star only for the lady at the help desk who tried to help and get hold of the "advisor".

You got to wait till the staves feel to serve you, They just walk around never pay any attention to you, in fact they never even turn their head around to you to say a hello or a smile. very disrespectful.

I have been baking with Lloyds over the last 40 years. I have found the staff to be polite, helpful , going to some trouble to ask/understand what the customer is trying to achieve and advising, how best to achieve it.
