I've been going there for years never had any complain but today. I went put some coin on my account so I had to go to the counter and there was an old lady on the left side with very unhappy face. Every time she asked me anything I felt like she was yelling at me and she made me feel like I shouldn't have been there with coins which she doesn't count as money. It was a terrible experience for me even though I was keep smiling. Maybe she isn't happy with her job or something else.

I can now see why this branch is closing. The customer service assistant was absolutely useless and no help whatsoever. Clearly hates her job and maybe should change occupation. The machines in this branch have more charisma than this woman. Barclays don’t give a toss about customers and customer service. You can see why online banking apps are the way forward.

Went to Epping branch this morning to get help with a banking problem.Saw two members of staff who could not have been more welcoming & helpful.They sorted my query in no time at all.Superb service.Great pity that you are closing this branch.Best wishes,Mike Ayton
