Barclays Bank

Recommended for those who got all the time in the word! Very slowwwwwww service. Went to the branch only because technical issue on app, went in, both cashiers with customers. I was the second in the queue and only one In the banking hall. Waited for over 25 minutes only because the cashier was having very personal conversation with customer. Was not about banking or others ways she could help in this current difficult situation. It was about her family and car. Both cashiers drinking tea and chatting to each other totally ignoring my presence. No sense of respect, consideration or even basic understanding that no everyone have the time to waste ! Shocking! Bank or a Coffee chat ?!
Will never go to this branch again.

If you can’t afford to keep your only 1 branch in the entire Bouremouth area open for only 5 days a week then you shouldn’t call yourself a bank . Shame on all of you and I regret having a business account with you I will definitely switch it to Lloyds.

Thursdays closed?why exactly?

Convenient branch for me, best to go towards end of the day to avoid mass queuing!

After many branches closed this is my nearest. Went on a Thursday to my surprise it was CLOSED😡😡. IT IS CLOSED EVERY THURSDAY.
Quite a few other customers wanted to visit that day. Very disappointing customer service.

They might be understaffed but they make the job done. At least I was able to. Thank you Penny!

Understaffed branch. Seems to be always the case in barcklays bank. The other branches are just as bad. Expect the queue to come all the way outside and in

Warning only come here if you have all the time in the world,with extremely slow service.
Staff need to deal with customers faster and not use bank as a coffee shop and have long chats with customers.
Its a bank after all and people have forgotten this.
Staff need seriously retraining on how to deal with customers,afterall who's money ate yhey using,its yours of course so make them work for it.

Just got chucked out the bank. Was in the queue and an elderly lady asked if I could check her balance. Only gave her a little shove and she went flying. Last time I try and help anyone.

On a serious note, ALWAYS a massive queue here so clearly not enough staff. Opening times also dire.
