This branch service is appalling. We went 5 times to this branch to open a select account but no luck yet. Initially they missed our identity document we submitted and we had a follow up several times and there was no apology for the mistake of their own staff. One of the customer officer is very rude to us and it is surprising that there is no customer complaints process. Please avoid this branch if you can.

Wonder why they force people to deposit
cheque by ATM, although I gave her reason why I want to deposit it in counter. The
woman is straight person, not a customer orientated nor trained front staff. Poor impression.

Went in asking for help in regards to opening a joint account. was told over the phone to come in, to then be told to do it online. been trying to do it online for over an hour to no prevail. Felt the customer service here was poor (excluding the one lady behind the service desk) and was left feeling frustrated.

went in trying to track down an old account that had been transferred from a now closed branch. I was dealt with by a very nice and understanding young lady who I found to be very efficient and helpful.

In the numerous times that I have visited this branch over the last 3 years or so, I've always found the staff to be helpful. The queue that stretches all the way to the side of the building outside is a bit problematic though.

Much better customer service than the HSBC branch just down the road, which I also have to visit sometimes.

25 minute wait outside the door when I went to pay in some money yesterday. Only one cashier at the desk, who disappeared for about ten minutes, leaving the person who she was serving waiting all that time. Only one other member of staff in the banking area, who spent about 40 minutes with one customer, mostly talking.
Unbelievably long wait to even get to the cashier once inside ( a further 15 minutes ).
What a dreadful experience. No wonder more & more people are using online banking.
This place should be shut down.
