Lloyds Bank

Very unhappy with the service again today. Rather than having 2 people with pads walking around trying to get people out of the line. Why don't you get behind the counter and serve them properly. I saw the manager ask the man in front of me if he could put his business cash in the machine. When the man said no the manager walked away rolling his eyes. It's up to the customer if they want to go to the counter. Maybe try doing some work and practice some good customer service. I tried ringing to complain online but the wait was over 20 minutes.

Had my issues in the past, but always got it resolved eventually so can't rate every member poorly, but can't fairly rate every member positively either.
Not tried any other banks since being in Kettering so can't compare to local branches unfortunately but wouldn't recommend against here either.
Middle of the road, does what it says on the tin.

I'm sure this issue is not exclusive to the Kettering branch, however the opening hours are appalling. The branch closes at 15:30 in the week, and then isn't open on Saturday or Sunday. I desperately need to visit the branch in person to make changes to my account. Not everybody has the luxury of visiting during work hours.

Closed, taped up letterbox so no way of depositing cheques... oh, online (max £2000 a day) what a complete joke.

This branch has been closed for several weeks due to flood damage but was due to reoipen today 12th Sep 2022, the website says it's open but having been to the branch I can assure you it's not! Even phoning Lloyds didn't get an answer when it will reopen - bad communication Lloyds!!!

Still closed and no information. When you finally get through on the phone they’re saying it’s open!!
Other branches haven’t got a clue .
Truly awful service and customer service is non existent

Branch never seems to be open and when it is they are worse than useless.
Would leave a zero rating if I could.

UN BELIVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
We were victims of a fraud of significant money on the 29th April, we realised the crime and ran to the Lloyds Local Kettering branch. The wonderful lady at the welcome point(sorry we missed her name) helped us 100% of her ability, she perfectly understood our frustration and helped us. 2 minutes after the Manager came to the office first thing manager said" we are here to help you", now on the 9th of May we got our full refund back. HUGE THANK YOU MANAGER AND THE WONDERFUL LADY. I my self a Guest Relations Manager in an International company.
