This branch is the perfect Illustration of the demise of high street banking. The junior staff member couldn’t do what I wanted as he had no experience of it. The printer was broken and I had to wait around for the 1 staff member who knew how to help me. After 10 minutes wait I asked the 1 staff member how long he'd be and he said casually 50 minutes ! This is a ‘main’ branch, not a small skeleton setup !

Just the best experiences. A place where you want to return again and again. Always ready to help. They quickly helped to set up online banking. My English is minimal but we got along perfectly.

I don’t normally post negative reviews but this is really the worse banking experience I had in the UK. I have read the reviews before going to this branch and was expecting professionalism and polite staff but the women in this branch is rude and not helpful. I went to the bank to deposit money and a women named ‘Latifa’ told me to go to the post office instead without offering any other help and another women staff rudely commented if I am in “such a hurry”, I should just go to the post office off-handedly (when I have not been talking to her). but just 5 mins of waiting and the cash withdrawal machine was suddenly fixed by them. If they hate their job that much, they should change their workplace rather than placing their dissatisfaction on customers.

I recently moved a new location. I needed a bank statement for proving my address.
I changed my address previously in the their system and I went to the bank for asking it. … but unfortunately the statement, what was printed, it showed my old address. I felt really lost (… I not proud of it but I was crying toooo.)
… but thanks to Anisa (… I hope, I am writing her name in the right way) the solution was found. I had got a letter with my bank details and a statement without any address (… and they were attached together.) I am hoping it will be acceptable. She was incredible kind to me. She explained me, my new address will be visible on my next statement only (… next month) because of their system needs time to process the details.
Her professional and personal attitude in this case was incredible amazing. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed is literally no customer service only cashiers
I have been advised by a member of staff to go to the city because the customer service is there
I went to another branch where I have been told the waiting time to be seen by someone is minimum 1-1.5 hour 😢
