Barclays Bank

Do not visit this branch if in a wheelchair. Everyone parks into the kerb over the blue badge spaces and makes the safe drop kerb impossible to access. I had to roll into oncoming traffic to access the pavement. When bringing it to the branch manager's attention I was told it wasn't her problem.

Barclays are closing branches everywhere, making it harder and harder to access money. This branch is open until 3.30pm, not exactly a full working day, but even worse the desk that deals with euros is only open until 2pm. You can't be helped when you come along at 2.15pm. Staff just repeat the same mantra, 'Only before 2pm'. The Barclays app is supposed to replace bank services, but it certainly doesn't. Not sure why I bother banking with this dreadful bank.

Good as not having to venture into the city. Parking on site, ATM outside. Spacious and modern interior. Good views of the river and parts of the city wall. Short stroll into city.

I am elderly and called in Whitefriars, Norwich branch this morning. After explaining what I wanted the young man told to sit down and download the app myself. I was confused and decided to just go home as I am no good with technology. However a lovely young lady named Zara came across and saw my confusion (I am 76 years old) so I explained I just needed to open a saver account. She then helped me through it all to open a savings account along side my current accounts. Credit to your bank as this young lady went above all to help me. She restored my faith after a bad start.
We elderly customers often get confused with technology or frightened by it. It was lovely to have some help and not seen as an idiot for not understanding. Please thank this young lady ZARAH again for me from a very grateful customer.

The staff in the bank have been very helpful and I'm very polite.

What a absolute joke barclays has become closing all branches. And working partime hours. All the best this customer has gone

If I could put -5⭐️, I would put -5⭐️. I’ve never seen a worse bank. In order to open the card, I was placed 6 times by the bank. 2 times checking documents for 40 minutes to reveal and hear that I don’t have the necessary document. I highly do not recommend!!!!

Service is ok, but wait is long and the parking is horrendous! 3 spaces for their customers are risk getting a fine! It's a bigger branch compared to the others but again counters close at 2pm which is useless for us business customers. I wouldn't choose to use Barclays over other banks if I had a choice
