TSB Bank

Had been banking with this bank for over 25 years. Finding the service poor. Short staffed. Moved to a more helpful bank.

Too few staff usually have to wait almost an hour everytime I go in to the branch

I went in to have a bank statement chked as there was a transaction I didn't recognise. My transactions was read aloud and joked about in the branch. I found it all very unprofessional...mobile banking was impossible to get and I was just going around in circles. I have since switched to another bank

Very slow service, no matter how many are waiting, staff can be seen sitting around behind the counter, seemingly doing nothing! Had enough, leaving!
