Over the top security procedure when trying to make a genuine transfer of funds of my own money to a friend, I was stuck in branch for 3 hours, police called and everything, such a ridiculous scene. I am still fuming. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. And yet their online login is the most unsecure of all the banks. A joke

Totally agree with the previous review. Wendy and Steph are fantastic members of staff and their customer service skills are impeccable. Im not sure if its intentional but management do a really good job by positioning one the reception desk and one on the tills as this makes sure that either place you go to you will have a good service (unless they are not in!!) Also the young man that stands on the door recently he is pleasant enough. The other members of staff unfortunately are the ones that let this place down... laziness and rudeness will not help you keep customers I'm afraid

Halifax system will not allow me to talk direct to the branch even though I have their Tel number. Halifax want me to transact online. My call is not to bank but to get information from a staff member following a previous meeting at branch

Happy to be a member of Halifax Corby...still they did not offer me a credit card but staff is important...always ready to solve problems and help...thanks all staff 😉 Halifax is lucky to have kind and helpfull people together here in Corby...
