Barclays Bank

Warm safe place to draw your cash from four machines, no bank tellers for general public only for business.
Knowledgeable staff on hand to help as the cash machines are little more sophisticated t h an usual.
Plenty of space in the bank in fact too much now as it's always cold during this time of year.
Everything is on ground floor so access for everyone is easy.
No bank car park at rear anymore but the car park rear access door is still in use.

They can't solve any problem. They holding my money which I need today and they don't understand that!! Shitiest bank in England. After I get back my money I'll never use Barclays again! I promise.

Staff make up their own needs for the documents on top of the banks specification. Seems if you are of a specific race you will be preferenced. Bank manager unprofessional and no better than the staff.

Closing of the branch in my town meant I had to travel to Rugby. Counter service not available on Saturday (not advertised on website).The rudest and most unhelpful waste of a girl in reception who said she would help then helped 2 other people and left me waiting when I said it was shoddy service (found out later she was a temp) finally had great service from Charlie who went above and beyond to help me and is the only saving grace from this awful branch!

If this is progress then Barclays bank should go back to old ways when changing your Address was simple. My wife is the main name on this particular account. We are in the process of trying to change the address and at this point we were on hold for 35 minutes. We have now finally got things sorted the person who spoke to us was extremely helpful. However the management of Barclays bank should think do they want to lose customers . We do not want to use Internet banking and should not be forced to do so. The person who spoke to us deserves more than One star.

The sh*tiest Barclays Bank I have ever come across. Opening at 10am and Closing doors at 2pm, no chance for actual workers to have the opportunity to use branch service. And they don’t open on Saturdays.
They are better off being permanently closed. Useless branch.
Don’t even deserve the 1 star.

Extremely helpful staff , always a pleasure calling in here. Machines can be “quirky” but there’s always someone to help 👍…
Shout out to the Indian lady behind the counter , always glad to do that little extra and Courtney who spent ages sorting my account issues out, nothing was too much trouble , keep it up Barclays 👍
