Location is poor, no where to park when you need to run in quickly. There's always an unacceptable wait which is made even more annoying by the staff who just waft about the place seemingly doing nothing while one member of staff (slowly) battles the queue.

I have had always a good experience at this bank. The stuff is helpful and approachable The branch finally has a money deposit machine which is a big adventage for me.

Great service and staff are excellent 4 stars only because there is never anywhere to park and I've been in there in the evening and theres been drunk teenagers siting in the lobby area (which is cordoned off from the main bank area in the evenings)

Ethnocentristic bank. Wasted two days trying to open a bank account. First day, I clearly stated that come from Russia. Bank had no problem with that and told me to come the next day, the other day I was served by another employer which looked at my Russian passport with disgust and later on said that they have sanctions towards Russia and will not open a bank account for a student studying at international school(me). Now, such discrimination is very disappointing for a bank that claims itself to be internationally neutral. I later on went to another UK bank which had NO PROBLEM with opening a bank account for me. Wouldn’t recommend using this unprofessional and bias bank.
