I visited your bank on the 31 of March 2018 to get help and advice on my mortgage and a lovely member of staff approach me called Kylie Bardell who normally works in the ponty bank? But this day she was helping out in the Caerphilly bank. Well I just want to say a massive thankyou for all she did that morning for me. We didn’t get the result we wanted but the help and support was fantastic. So thank you Kylie once again from Mrs l Williams xxxxx

Best Halifax branch if it's kind. It is a delightful place to be. The staff are perfect, the treatment served upon me is second to none, and it's a rare thing to be treated in such a personal and attentive manner. Thank you.

Why only open 26 hrs a week. Shutting 3 days a week too . Pointless

Extremely helpful staff when I can get there but working 6 days a week and starting before 9am & finishing after 3.30 is pretty hard for me to get to the bank

A good bank with helpful staff when you manage to get in there. But the opening times are just silly; 9 - 3.30 on weekdays only. How is a full-time out-of-town worker supposed to achieve that?

Been trying to get through to mobile banking for 1 hour 30mins,7.20pm tues 15 jun ,give up now😡😡😡
