The office is a bit small but the service is good. They don't accept foreigters as customer but there are plenty of other banks on the street.

Had an issue with a refund on a cancelled card. The lady that helped was fantastic. Sorted in 5 minutes. With zero hassle.

It was very good before the Corona pandemic, because it no longer opens on Saturdays, and the rest of the days close at three. The working hours should be a little longer because most people are employed.

Service good but opening hours should be longer

Nothing wrong with the branch and staff. But opening hours don't allow anyone with a normal job to actually use the branch?
