Very few staff left and on Saturday it's purely automated, don't expect to see any staff.

Very bad service .my card look now is 29 day .any body help.no good personel.

I always find them very helpful and obliging. Try to time it when it’s not too busy and you will have no problem.

poor customer service, I expect more from my business bank. I also expect to be professionally treated in ANY HSBC, not just my local one, which is excellent.

I have always had a warm welcome to the branch and staff are so very helpful

Superb service, unlike my own branch, actual humans behind a counter. Such a novelty these days from what used to be known as "The Listening Bank", they seem to have gone completely deaf recently. If my local branch was this efficient, I wouldn't be looking to switch banks!
