I have always found the Staff at this particular branch to be most helpful!

And not even worth the 1 star. The only branch in the WHOLE area & its only open for 2 & a half hours.
I don't really see how 'reducing' the few hours you normally stay open for, is going to help with social distancing.... As especially since THIS branch has always been over crowded, long queue' & very slow serving.
Most of The staff are friendly enough when you finally get to the desk.
And the barclays call centre staff are 5 star all the way.
