This has to be the worst branch of Barclays in this country. Slow, disorganised, chaotic. Had the misfortune of having to go in twice twice this week. First time it took 45 minutes of queuing. Second time even longer...! (5 people ahead of me both times) Seriously considering changing banks after this experience.

I have no idea why people left this kind of reviews. Definitely one of the best Barcley branches. Customer service is top quality. Keylin was very helpful and manager David walked me through all the processes, explained everything in detail and could not have been more helpful. 5 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌🏽

I've only been using the branch for a year, staff are always freindly and helpful, unfortunately due to covid it has not been unusual to Q outside - not their fault. Shame it's closing on 11th June .... Barclays please listen to your customers not only your shareholders. All the best to the staff @ Welling, thank you ladies.
