The Coopers Inn

Bought dinner here while watching football. 2 beef roasts. The food was inedible. The stuffing was so hard you could bang a nail in with it.

The food was cold - over cooked and clearly all frozen.

Their slogan fresh of the grill is a lie.

Very disappointed and shocked you let the food leave the kitchen.

Also got attacked by wasps. 1/10

Just had a lovely lunch. Staff were brilliant and coping fantastically under difficult circumstances. Our food was fresh, hot, delicious and served very quickly. Desserts were equally delicious. Thank you to everyone

Had a great experience here, all staff were friendly and welcoming. the food was great too, chef grant did such a good job. Will definitely be going back soon.

Upon arrival we were informed 20 to 30 minute wait. Food arrived an hour later and was baked dry. Short-staffed wasn't the excuse as people were coming in after us and not only being served and eating their meals one person even had their dessert before our food came out. Would definitely not recommend and will not be returning to this establishment.

Amazing food (thank you kitchen staff!) and great service from Vanessa and Tori. Both always had a smile on their face and happy to help. Tori came with the jokes and advice and we'll definitely be returning!

Although this Inn is hundreds of years old it has been lovingly restored and provides a warm and friendly environment. The bedrooms are fully equipped with all amenities including free wifi and supremely comfortable beds. Every room has a bathroom en suite. Your hosts David and Pat ensure that any and all requests are met cheerfully and they welcome their guests to a happy hour each evening in the garden of the Inn. One of the highlights at Coopers Inn is the complete hot breakfast, superbly cooked by David, which includes a generous selection of menu choices. With prior arrangement Dinner may be provided on some nights - if the opportunity presents seize it - you will not be disappointed - the food served at dinner is world class.

Hit and miss this place but for the Price you can't go wrong, standard pub grub, steak and platters not bad at all. Cooked well. Becareful when you eat here because Friday after work you will get all the tradesmen knocking off work early on the beer coke in the disabled toilet on the gear.

Staff were accommodating and the food was good quality. It wasn't very busy but the food still took 45 minutes to arrive. We were talking about holidays so we're happy enough but my 5 year old son was not happy with waiting so long as he was hungry
