Rox - Restaurant Bar Club

Whole family descended (16 people+babies) on this restaurant and absolutely nothing fazed them in the service they provided to us. All had a wonderful time and the food was plentiful and delicious. Will definitely visit again!

Visited just before Christmas. The staff were overwhelmed and the service wasn't great. Food and drinks were decent. Would like to give this place another go maybe when they are not under so much pressure. We had a booking for 10 people for my birthday and it felt alittle messy.

I had Chicken Doner wraps, sweet potato fries & a glass of fruit punch. It's absolutely out of this world really tasty. I come in here all the time. Very friendly service. The best restaurant in Eltham high street. Definitely coming back again.

I love the environment and setting of this restaurant. My son celebrated his 16th birthday there. The service was excellent and so was the food. Thank you Rox for a lovely evening. Plus I have been there a number of times and the service is always great 👍 👌 😀.

First of all - some of the food was lovely. The lady taking our order was also lovely however, my evening was spoiled from A RUDE STAFF
MEMBER! The man at the bar was very rude. We ordered 2 strawberry dariqui which tasted watery and it didn’t taste like alcohol was in it. I went to explain this to the man at the bar he added more alcohol. I tasted it again but it remained flavourless. I explained I was not rude however, he was like WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? In a rude manner and aggressive manner. I was actually lost for words. Fortunately for another staff member saw I believe she may have been a manager - attempted to rectify this but, the drink was then bitter and, now did not feel comfortable to ask for a change after the reception I got initially. However, the bitterness began overbearing so I asked for morel sweetness. Ay this point the manager reception had changed. Not as welcoming. I believe if you are spending your money you deserve to be treated nicely and you should receive what you pay for. It was evident that it wasn’t me being difficult as all other cocktails were fine. Was the worst cocktail I’ve had to date. I’ve been told otherwise hence why we went to celebrate tonight. I have left disappointed. I won’t be going there again after the rude member! Will take my money where I won’t be spoken to like that.

Love this place. Great quality food and friendly staff. You know what you’re getting every time you go here. Highly recommend checking out the bar upstairs after food too.

I’ve come to Rox’s countless amounts of times, not once have I been let down. The customer service here is beyond amazing, they really are all so lovely. The BBQ ribs are honestly the most tender and flavoursome ribs I have ever had, they never get it wrong. All the lambs and chicken are so filling with the generous portions and the drinks are incredible. I’ve tried majority of the menu and it’s all so incredible. I would highly recommend, always book a table because they’re always so busy and rightly so.

Lovely restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Portion is huge and price reasonable. The only thing was the food a little salty for us so giving 4 stars instead.
