The Man On The Moon

I'm not sure what I was expecting but the food was great and the drinks very tasty, being a draught ale drinker that's important. The place was very popular when we visited and its main customer base seemed to be the lads that had just finished work, and the staff made sure they were more than happy with their service. All in all a great place to eat and perhaps catch up on a sporting event.

Fantastic time great food excellent and friendly service especially from Carl no matter how busy he always has time to say hello nothing is too much trouble for him highly recommend a visit

Enjoyed my visit today with my father. Opted for the classic mixed grill and it was certainly sizzling and tasty. Helpful Barman who made sure everything ok with food and drink.

I am local but I don’t visit often. After my recent visit the other weekend I think I’ll have to pop in more often.

Took my partner for an off the cuff meal. The food was nice and good value for money. The staff are great. Our server was Danni, she was a breath of fresh air. So friendly and really seemed like she enjoyed being there. Nothing worse than a miserable server! Thank you Danni we will see you again soon.

Attended for Christmas dinner 25/12/2022 at the man on the moon pub and it was amazing. The food was beautiful all three courses and the service from staff was excellent. The manager went out of his way for everyone and it was very welcoming and spotlessly clean couldn’t fault it one bit. Wasn’t rushed either and stayed until 17:00 in the pub and dinner was at 14:30. I must say the staff the food was excellent and I would definitely have Christmas dinner here again and was well worth the money. The quality was brilliant and you had plenty of time in between each course it was a beautiful day and a big Thankyou to all the staff I really recommend this pub.

I visited the this pub yesterday and was made to feel very welcome to the premises I have a child that suffers bad with autism & adhd the bar staff was amazing 1 person that stood out was the kindness of one of your bar staff danni b she had on her name tag. She went above and beyond her customer service and her manners was outstanding and she is definitely a credit to your team the food was matched by the outstanding service that was given to me and my son will be back really soon

Our local go-to for dinner. Food is brilliant, the staff are excellent, a credit to the pub! Toilets need sorting but I know that’s being looked - otherwise a fab establishment!
