My visit today to this cafe even was a very disappointing one, it specifically says they are part of the eat out to help out scheme on the gov list even though they charged us full price, when asked they said we are not part of it (very dodgy). But the worst thing I witnessed was even though they now charging paying customers 50p to use the toilet, I saw them charging an elderly woman struggling to use the disabled. The girl taking cash wasn't wearing gloves and there was no social distancing between her and the waiting customers putting her and them at risk. It's just unfortunate that this place has turned into making the customer pay instead of helping them by using the government scheme, just disgraceful.

Prices looked good for a market cafe, but the menu was very limited. When the food came....it was AWFUL!!!! I ordered beans on and cheese on toast, the cheese on toast - the slices of bread had been halved 'triangular ' then placed on top of each other, so when you picked up the 1st it took the cheese off the second and ALL the toast was totally cremated. It was awful. I would have complained at the time but the server who brought it over nearly threw it at us and then we never saw anyone again!!! This used to be a great place to go - NOT again for me :(

Ordered food for the family, ordered the 3 kids sausage roll chips and beans which were advertised as £4 on the menu, was given sausage chips and beans, which were £3.50 on the menu instead, and was charged £5.50 per meal, when questioned the, the elder man sent a young kid with the receipt, which is where I noticed they charged the £5.50, so I pointed out that on the menu that isn't what is stated, he's gone back to the man and shown him, we was given no apology, or explanation, or a refund in difference, just glanced over at, none of the menus were collected back either, as its false advertisement, I'm not one to normally complain, but the fact I didn't even get an apology for the wrong price was abit rude! I've been to this cafe numerous times over the years and never had an issue, overall I was charged an extra £2 for each meal.
