Alex barber Shop

Trusted these reviews and went in - barber seemed inexperienced, was unfriendly and could not speak good English, nor could her colleagues. Misunderstood my instructions and got a simple cut wrong. Ended up okay with some adjustment, but not what I wanted. Nice enough space, I guess.

Very nice staff. I have a baby boy 1 and 10 months and they done a great job with his hair cut. The owner explain me nicely on the phone all details what I need to now , and when I arrive they ask me if I want coffee or chocolate. I definitely recommend this barbershop... everyone is so lovely and friendly staff.

Exceptionally rude owner, prioritizes asians over white people. Not kid friendly. Brought my son in to have a hair cut and was refused service.

Irritating as I'd sat in there for 30minutes. When I queried why they said they were too busy - but I could jump the queue for £20.

Screw these guys.

Racist! I'm very disgusted on the behaviour I got today. I phoned up and asked if I could bring my son down for a cut they said yes along as he sits still I said no problem he is 5 he understands. I get to the shop they was closed for lunch opened again at 2pm so I waited half a hour for them to come back by this time a bunch of other people arrived and was waiting too all of which was Asian. I get into the shop he took one look at my boy and said no not him I asked why he said we are busy, I stated I phoned up and agreed on the phone to bring him down he said no not him and said he wont do a child hair yet the other people in there was Asian kids I asked why say I could bring him today then he said no I don't understand what your saying I won't cut his hair and then stated white people are rude. My 5 year old son is in tears because of rude he was in front of him. As leaving the shop he was laughing and making racist comments to the other customers about me and my son. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!

Unfortunately the owner does not have any respect for his clients, really ignorant and cocky (not surprised looking at some of the existing reviews), he is happy to get his mates jumping the queue and lough when challenged. Shame, you just lost regular clients for good
