Just sat for 40 minutes waiting for a haircut. No queue ahead of me. None of the 3 members of staff even bothered making eye contact, or spoke to me. Just rude, ignorant and slow. Totally different to other times I have visited. Shame.

Always been fantastic, zees always cuts my hair. But today's visit was frightening sure the guy was still training there was no way I was asking for wet shave 'please bring back zees'

I didn't book an appointment as I totally forgot my fault... only waited an hour for my son to have his hair cut as he won't allow no-one else to cut it.. the best thing regarding figros they will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best service/hair cut even if they have to miss there own appointment just to make a little boy happy... thank you so much guys

Best barbers in Swansea, always take their time and have great attention to detail! But it's best to book in advance as there's always a wait!

Barber who clearly didn't understand what I wanted only carried on with an uneven fade. Even when questioned no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake. They have become complacent to a shocking degree. Will never use again.
