I have just placed an order. I am yet to try their products but their customer service has been excellent! Customer service is the heart of any small business and ESC is all aces when it comes to customer service. I am sure the products they sell will also be excellent!

Wanted to get my dad some posh shaving gear and went to the unit in nitshill, as the Google search said it was open.
It was closed, no response on phone or email.
This was my last chance to get him his present.
2 hours completely wasted.
It takes 2 minutes to say online that you're closed or no longer trading.
Very poor customer relations.

I emailed the company directly, asking if they provided samples. Obviously I was happy to pay. I was asked to provide a postal address. Days later I received a set of samples, completely free of charge.
THAT'S what I call customer service.
Now it's just a case of deciding which to purchase....

I'm new to wet shaving with a safety razor, and Brian the owner has an excellent video on YouTube walking beginners through the process. I was so impressed and pleased with the tutorial that I purchased some items from the U.S. to show some support for this company.

I ordered pre-shave oil, shaving cream, and post-shave balm. When I ordered, it was already 9pm in the U.K. The items were packaged and shipped in less than 12 hours after I ordered. Executive Shaving packaged the items well with plenty of protective padding, and everything arrived in good condition. The products themselves are of excellent quality. Unlike other pre-shave oils I've used, the Executive Shaving brand smells nice, feels good, and rinses away easily when needed. The shaving cream and post shave balm have an amazing, refreshing smell. The shaving cream lathers very well, and the post-shave balm is both soothing and hydrating, without leaving an oily feeling. Everything about these products feels very high quality, but it's provided at an affordable price.

Have purchased two Saponificio Varsesino products now from here. The goods came in perfect condition and on time. If you wet shave (I use a DE razor) and want to enjoy the finest of products then look no further. Executive Shaving Company is now part of my short list (5 in total) of trusted shaving suppliers.
