AP TILING Professional Wall and Floor Tiling

Couldn’t recommend AP Tiling enough. They did a fantastic job of redoing the bathroom from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in a quick, on time and professional manner to a reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again when I need the other bathroom refurbishing or any other tiling work doing.

Arthur and Agnes were very professional in all aspects of their work. Our square meter tiles did not cause them any issues and Arthur laid them in our shower area and floor with ease. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and finish and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My overall experience is positive from start to finish. Firstly turned up on time to see the job and quote in a timely manor. Then on day one turned up on time & started work immediately, did not stop ! No asking for tea every five minutes! He came with his own supplies & kept us informed at all stages.
A difficult job 50sq mtr’s & the finish was fantastic!
A total credit, another job lined up already & will fully recommend to friends, downside I’m sure he is very busy so get booked in.

Arthur was punctual and very polite He laid approx.. 15 Sq Mtrs of tiles on our conservatory floor, in a brick pattern. He returned the next day to grout the tiles. We are very pleased with his work and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing floor or wall tiling.

AP tiling provided a complete solution for our underfloor heating requirements. From the installation of the insulation boards and heat mats to the finished tiled floor. A very professional and friendly service. Good communication throughout the installation and attention to detail. We're extremely happy with our finished floor and can thoroughly recommend AP Tiling.

I initially went with AP Tiling as they seemed very reputable. Their reviews were positive, therefore even with their quote being the highest we received, we chose them to do the work.

Upon initial inspection the work looked good, I was happy with it. There were a couple of non work related aspects I was not so happy with, no mask was worn, the dirty tool bag was placed on to of my sons crib, the old tiles were left in bin bags at the front of my property, I thought this would be taken away, and the date and time of the work was changed multiple times, we were asked the night before if they could do the work the next morning but overall the work seemed to be fine.

A little later I had a closer inspection of the work (after I had paid) and there were a few problems (pictures to follow):

1. The side panel of the sink cabinet had been damaged further (it had a slight bit of damage already but was made worse)
2. The sink cabinet was not fitted back correctly, there is a gap between the tiles
3. One of the wall tiles behind the toilet on the floor was cracked
4. Grouting between the wall and the floor tile not done properly

I phoned the owner of the company simply wanting someone to come back and sort the problems that could be sorted, in particular the grouting between the floor tile and the wall, but was met with a very angry response. She was very aggressive down the phone to me, raising her voice and being very rude. I sent pictures of the damage and I have attached the picture of the WhatsApp response I received.

There was no apology for the errors that were made, and they have refused to send someone back to fix some of the work. I asked what they would do and ‘Nothing’ was shouted down the phone to me.

I would not recommend AP tiling at all, they offer a poor customer service, a lack of attention to detail and a high price.
