The KBC team were excellent, there was a few issues with the install to begin with, but they managed to sort them out straight away. It seems that customer care and quality are their main priorities.
Steve, the bathroom installer was reliable and efficient. Will use again.

We used KBC to replace our old existing bathroom and are delighted with the end-result. There was an initial delay caused by an issue that came to light when the old suite was removed, but this was not KBC's fault. Louis and his team were punctual, polite and worked very hard on the build, dealing with any issues that came up as the build progressed, and keeping us well-informed. The tiler (sorry, can't remember the name) did a fantastic job too.

Got a quote from them but they were 3 times the price. Go to Howdens or get a tradesman who gets their discount from them. Much better option.
