Required some additional Italian-made "Tubes" radiators to match existing. Came across this company and Rishi was extremely helpful and kept me updated from placing my order to updates & delivery schedule. Really pleased to find this company as the existing radiators are 19 years old (but still in perfect condition) and we didn't want to have to replace them all for the sake of two additional ones. First class service and great communication throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bought a Biasi lpg combi boiler from elite plumbing great service, price and delivery from this company.
Dealt with Rishi absolutely brilliant answered all my questions straight away and gave me advice on the product and alternatives.

Only bad point that I would say was the boiler was damaged in transit by the delivery company
Spoke to Rishi and arranged replacement from cover from biasi

I bought an Ideal Atlantic combine 35 from them last July 21 great service and great prices .I lost the recent and today after 1 year he emailed me on within hours .great . best i have dealt with I am age 66 now ,forget Worcester forget Baxi. Idea re leaps ahead . HW set on minium my shower is great and great flow rate .
