Hortons

I'm in the planning stage of my new bathroom and visited Hortons showroom. Laura was super helpful, professional, and so so knowledgeable on bathroom products explaining the pros/cons and even after care!
She also advised different options on what would be more suitable if I was to rent my property, and what would suit me personally into the future if I was to stay. so so valuable to me, what personal service!!
I came away very very impressed. I highly recommend Hortons.

Thank you so much to Hortons and particularly Laura who helped from start to finish with the renovation of my bathroom. Nothing was to much trouble and her advice and ideas that enabled my bathroom to be visualised and put together were invaluable. There were many visits from myself and contacts via email and Laura’s patience whilst we worked towards the end product was first rate. Everything was delivered exactly on time, the fitters Rob & Tom were tidy and did a fabulous job. Many thanks Hortons, I would not hesitate to recommend.

You would not believe how happy we are of the outcome. From our very first visit at Hortons, to each visit after that tweaking the design and choices, our experience has been incredible.

Topped off with recommending Lee, who has done a fantastic job throughout. He’s worked with us to make sure every detail is perfect, and the final finish is outstanding.

It’s safe to say, all the effort put into each stage has been well worth the effort. The three colour tile choice I think really paid off!

We won’t hesitate to recommend Hortons and Lee to family and friends, and will soon be sharing our new bathroom on social media.

Excellent service and far superior in ALL ways to the many other bathroom showrooms I visited. Laura Vale was extremely well informed on the entire range and provided prompt and educated advice and suggestions throughout. The showroom has a good range of stock and is well displayed. They were recommended to me by a satisfied neighbour and in turn I recommend them 100% to anyone else.

Just ordering our second bathroom with Hortons. Laura has helped us design and plan our bathroom and she has a good understanding of our needs so hopefully in the new year we will get it fitted. We have 2 more en-suites to do next year and will be entrusting Hortons and Laura to sort us out. Even the delivery driver ( sorry forgot his name) is totally customer focused.

Recommended by local plumbers merchant to obtain ceramic seals for the kitchen taps. Tried loads of other places and online sites. Went in to Horton's and the extremely, friendly chap behind the counter took the original and within two minutes had exact replacements. Well. Impressed!!

I just wanted to thank Hortons, and in particular Laura, for helping choose our fabulous new bathroom( especially as we were in lockdown). Your assistance, patience and product knowledge was invaluable. I think you have seen the pictures and it looks just as stunning when stood in it. I cannot think of anything I would change.
