HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
After visiting other bathroom stores, we were recommended Gary @ Wave Bathrooms.
We knew nothing about bathrooms and Gary happily shared his wealth of experience and knowledge to help us.
Gary took the time to find out what we wanted and then was able to recommend products and designs that would work best for us.
Together we found the perfect bathroom solution at a very competitive price.

I was recommended to Wave by my Architect and went to meet Gary with a blank canvas apart from the dimensions of the bathroom. He was great at explaining different options and costs, showing me examples in the showroom and in brochures. Once we'd agreed on the specification he set out timescales for delivery which were met. The bathroom is now completed and a great space that we enjoy. We had an excellent experience.

If you want knowledge and experience, quality and longevity, then Wave is the place to go!
We went to see Gary seven years ago for advice and ideas on refitting our 15-year-old bathroom and master bedroom ensuite, which had both seen very heavy use. We wanted to ‘make the main bathroom ‘bigger’ somehow and enable incorporation of a shower, rather than just having a shower over the bath - but we still wanted a bath. Gary drew up perfect plans for us, using previously wasted space at either end of the bath and around the original pedestal sink. He suggested taking a square area from the ‘dark corner’ of our adjacent ensuite to provide the perfect space for a shower. He recommended a partly built-in sink with cupboards beneath. There was even room to put in an additional door (Jack & Jill doors), thus giving the option of ensuite facilities for Bedroom 3 – and room for a laundry basket. The existing radiator was replaced by a stainless-steel heated towel rail in a different position. We chose coffee-coloured tiles that we saw in Wave’s showroom for wall and floor.
Despite the loss of an area of the ensuite to accommodate the shower in the main bathroom, Gary designed an ensuite for us that looks much bigger than the original room and with no dark spaces. We now have a spacious Impey wet-room shower area (with glass side panel), hanging toilet and beautiful sink with off-the-floor double-drawer unit beneath. Gary has an eye for what looks good. Taking into account our likes/dislikes, he guided us to the perfect combination of sandy-coloured wall and floor tiles and darkish brown drawer unit. He even recommended visiting Landford Stone as we wanted a dark brown marble effect window sill to complement the sink drawer unit. The existing radiator was replaced by a stainless-steel towel rail positioned alongside the sink.
Nigel King, a fitter Gary recommended, did the work for us and we were absolutely delighted with the results.
In early 2016, Nigel fitted another bathroom for us – this time the guest bedroom ensuite, which had also seen a lot of use since the house was built. Of course, we’d been to Wave again and discussed what we wanted – some re-ordering of the room was needed to optimise use of space. The new design incorporated another Impey wet room arrangement comparable to that in our master ensuite, sink with single off-the-floor drawer unit underneath, hanging toilet and stainless-steel heated towel rail. Gary also supplied a Roper-Rhodes two-door mirrored wall cabinet (with light and shaver charging point) for above the sink, which Nigel set into the wall for us.
We chose a combination of white wall tiles (with grey grouting) and one wall of grey ‘wave’ tiles that we saw in the Wave showroom (highly appropriate!). During the actual installation, we realised that the floor tiles we’d chosen looked too dark. We went back to Gary and he immediately said that we could return them and he’d give us a full refund. He suggested we try a local tile warehouse, where we found the perfect match. We returned to Landford Stone for a white/grey marble effect window sill and shelf above the toilet. Once again, we were thrilled with the result – a lovely light and roomy bathroom. We cat-sit our eldest son’s two cats from time to time and we’ve found that the space beneath the sink drawer unit is perfect for their covered litter tray – an unexpected bonus of Gary’s design!

Wave bathroom was really helpful with helping us design our bathrooms. Wave gave us sensible designs which were functional and will age well. We had some tricky design issues in the sense we were creating a new room for a bathroom which only existed in measurements. The 3D designs Gary made us made it really easy to visualise how we would navigate the room. Wave are keen on certain brands which they know are well designed and crucially have a good track record for fixing issues. We had a fault with a mirror and this was sorted with little fuss which is always pleasing. We have been very pleased with our bathrooms and would recommend them.

Quality bathroom supplier with excellent room planning/ design service with clear and sensible advice from Gary - no pressure.
Furthermore went back recently - 4 years after having our new bathroom from Wave - because a sink pop-up waste top had been damaged and needed replacing. I was amazed to be told by Dave that there was no charge for this item, for which I had expected to pay £15-20. How many companies would do that?
Highly recommend Wave Bathrooms - an excellent small independent business.

Five years ago we bought all our taps, showers, baths etc from Wave, and this morning I went to ask advice about where I could get a replacement filter for one of the taps. They kindly gave me a spare on they had.
It reminded me of what a nice, reliable, helpful and professional outfit they were, and what a pleasure the experience was - then and still.
Thank you Wave Bathrooms.

We are about to renovate a house in Salisbury while living in London. Somewhat naively I thought I could plan a shower room and bathroom without help. Yesterday we visited Wave to meet Gary. He immediately understood the brief and proceeded to redesign the shower room in a way that makes perfect sense but I had not seen. He inspires confidence, and I am relaxing in the knowledge that my bathrooms can now be handed over to an expert designer and renowned firm. He gave us two hours of patient and knowledgeable explanation, thank you so much Gary. We look forward to a happy project working together.

Gary was extremely helpful in designing our downstairs shower room to maximise the space and enable us to have a walk in shower. He was very knowledgeable on all the products and assisted us to choose some really good quality products at affordable prices. He helped us to choose the tiles furniture and flooring so that it all worked together and we are delighted with the end result.
David delivered all the goods on time to enable our fitter to commence the work on time and was equally helpful.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you want a quality bathroom
