Catherine was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and great customer service , can’t speak highly enough of her. After months of going in and out of bathroom showrooms and being baffled by the amount of products on offer, Catherine has helped us so much , thank you !

After ordering a item on a Friday was told would be in Monday. Monday came and went promised Tuesday morning no show went in lunch was told it was on the m65 5 mins away went in at 3pm then was given an pathetic excuses no longer using them

The staff have always been very helpful,and today was no exception, The showroom staff, looked back into records elevan years ago,to check out parts supplied. To cross reference for spare part required.

Really helpful staff. They had everything I wanted in stock and were able to replace the cheap rubbish that I broke from a different supplier with a better quality alternative.

Visited to discuss designs for a new main bathroom and ensuite. Very helpful staff - Zoe - and they have an excellent showroom to wander round with a wide range of fitments. Highly recommended
