I agree with Hannah C, and the other reviews read as if they are actually from the same person in an attempt to damage this wonderful family business. From my recent experience, on 2 bathroom projects I can only highly commend the team for their knowledge and help which saved me from making the wrong purchases, advice which lead me to choosing items I would not previous have thought of, speedy delivery (some items delivered within 24 hours) so the projects could be completed quickly, and superb after care service. I never felt rushed or pressured no matter how any times I popped back in and was always greeted in a friendly manner. If you are considering a bathroom project, please pop in to see the team and make your own mind up about their professionalism rather be put off by 1 persons negative experience which was probably due to unrealistic expectations such as 'non existent returns policy' - I would not expect to return items ordered especially for me unless faulty, other items in unopened packaging might be taken back less a small %, and I found this acceptable.

Exceeded Expectations

I visited 4 Plumbers Merchants and 4 Bathroom shops prior to going to JMG Bathrooms, with a view to having a brand new bathroom. I learnt a lot and saw a lot but had met with general indifference from them all. As soon as I walked in to JMG Bathrooms I was met by Christina Guidery with a warm and friendly smile. She showed me around the extensive showroom and, basically, what Christina doesn't know about Bathrooms is not worth knowing. Her overall knowledge is outstanding and her advice is invaluable. She is incredibly patient as I changed my mind a few times and asked the same questions more than once. Nothing is too much trouble as she changed the Bathroom Plan yet again.
A few days later, her husband, Martin Guidery, came to my house and assessed my bathroom and measured up everything possible to measure. He is an exemplary Project Manager - very organised and with everything delivered as it was required. He overcame any problems in a calm and professional manner and found a quick solution to resolve the situation. i.e. tight twist on my staircase.
This family run business has been a pleasure to do business with. Christina and Martin are aided and supported by Martin's two children, Lydia and Tom, both of whom are a credit to JMG Bathrooms.
This review would not be complete without mentioning Artur who is their exceptional, accomplished and skilled Bathroom Fitter who does everything in a meticulous manner with resplendent results.

I have recently had JMG totally rip out my bathroom and put in a new one including replacement floor and ceiling. They were very helpful in helping me obtain my vision. I used them upon recommendation as they had done a very good job for my niece awhile ago. Family run business. Very on the ball. A good range of bathrooms to choose from I was spoilt for choice. The installation service was very good. Christina very helpful and Martin was very friendly and continued to visit and check on the progress. Yes I would recommend them particularly if you want to be the envy of your friends. Only wish they did kitchens too !!

So good. Recommended by our builder Lee and very happy we went in. Lydia patiently spent 2-3 hours going through our needs and helping us select a great bathroom. She was honest and open plus very knowledgable. Prices are good as discount offered to published prices on quality brands... couldn’t recommend highly enough whether it’s for a small few bits or a big project. We’ll be back for our next bathroom project. Thank you!

Thanks to Martin and Lydia for your service, you really helped us with the design of our new bathroom. Artur the fitter was fantastic, so hard working and his attention to detail was outstanding. Massive thanks to you all, I'd recommend them to anyone.

We had struggled for a long time trying to decide how to upgrade our cloakroom toilet until we visited JMG Bathrooms. They helped us choose new fittings and then carried out the installation work efficiency and to a very high standard. The project involved a total strip-out followed by new floor and wall tiling along with the installation of a new cantilevered wc with a concealed cistern and a new wash basin within a fitted drawer unit. The work included concealing all plumbing and new lighting. We can highly recommend JMG and would gladly use them again.

It is 7 years since I bought bathroom fittings from JMG, but recently we had an issue with the shower and called Christina for advice, and to see if I could get a copy of the original receipt for proof of purchase. Not only was she able to provide this, but she personally made contact with Roper Rhodes on our behalf. As Christina has a good working relationship with them, she was able to obtain a new valve, free of charge, where-as I'm sure I would have been charged for the part as it was not under warranty. JMG's service has always been excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really helpful, especially Lydia, massive showroom don't be put off by small frontage. Plenty of customers parking.
