Fantastic Bathroom !

Dealing with Complete Bathrooms for the first time I can say that the product and service has been top class. Non pressure advice and massive changes completed during install at our request, with no hassle and complete understanding.

Lawrence and Tom the fitters were a pleasure to have at our house, we enjoyed humour and good advice throughout the whole process.

Lawrence is a perfectionist and we felt he added value to the whole process and understood what we needed. The work took longer than both us and Complete Bathrooms expected (170 year old house), but not once did we feel any part was rushed or feel that it was a problem.

There was a real sense of family in the showroom which clicked with my wife and I while we chose our Bathroom, and as a family we would like to thank you all and wish you continued success.

Many thanks to Justin and Hayley for their help in choosing our lovely new bathroom we are so pleased with the result. Many thanks also to Luke for the wonderful job fitting the bathroom and the really
professional manner and small details that added to the final touches.

Justin accommodated the fitting a little early due to a family bereavement very pleased with that!
Original fitting should have been in April but these are difficult times!
This is a second trip to Complete Bathrooms after 15 years. Highly recommended!

I never write reviews but on this occasion I had to . We had a very small bathroom done -so not a huge job- everything started ok with glossy photos and all the rest but it proved to be very poor quality that started to show from the word go. A few visits from staff to put things improve things and I can recall one of them telling us that the actual job was" s***."
Very poor design and execution as well as cheap quality of products. It is 2 years on and for ever having issues .I suggest any potential customers either go elsewhere or take photos of what items are being actually agreed to provide and check on delivery before fitting.
We paid over 9K for that.Never again!!!!

We are totally delighted with our new bathroom from Complete Bathrooms of Cwmbran. The work was due to start right at the beginning of lockdown, but at our request was put back until it was relatively safe for it to be done at the end of July. We can't thank Justin and the team enough for their understanding during this difficult time and for keeping in touch to assure us that they would be there and ready for us as soon as we were happy for them to proceed. Particular thanks to Mark, our fitter, who did everything he could to minimise any inconvenience, also to Richie for the tiling and not forgetting the electricians. The best compliment we can pay Complete Bathrooms is to say that whilst their showroom displays were very impressive when we first saw them, our finished product was every bit as good. Excellent job from Complete Bathrooms, Laurence the fitter was brilliant, everything is lovely. Justin in the shop is very helpful nothing too much trouble, will definitely be going back again, would highly recommend

Top class inspirational showroom, fabulous designs and meticulously presented.
Vastly experienced team who are helpful and down to earth.
Highly recommended.

Chaotic information and service when trying to purchase a bath for sale in the showroom.
With 3 bathrooms to design and fit will not be using this service. (The fees for installation was 1500gbp was more expensive per bathroom than another quote).
