Excellent prices, excellent delivery time and items as described. Bought the radiators and called them to point me to the correct valves which they did promptly. Had them both fitted today and no issues at all.

Only criticism or advise for NWT is that website would not take card payment so had to use PayPal, no problem in using that but it will deter people away as they will think you are not a genuine company. Thanks

Awesome curved chrome heated towel rail. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to add that extra special touch to their bathroom. The product arrived safely to my address in the USA within 3 days and we are very happy it.

Called up regarding a replacement for a thermostatic shower valve and a replacement towel rail, couldn’t of had a better service, after a few questions the correct valve was identified at a great cost, and the towel radiator is brilliant, highly recommend
