Went in for a waxing. Its always the same lovely lady that does it. She herself is brillant and professional. When we went to pay the owner served us and charged us a lot more than normal. We went away then decided to check it. There was sign in the window that said clearly full arm wax £15.50. We were charged £20. I went in to enquire and the manager who was just standing idle said prices have gone up. Told her you need to update your sign in the window. She said she was too busy. She said that it was only a £2 increase. My daughter had had underarm wax that had gone up £2.
In total we paid £7 extra.
You cannot put one price in the window and charge a different price at the till. I am willing to pay extra but as a customer we have a right to be told.
She continued to maintain that she will take my point on board but cannot take the poster in the window down.
Shocking service sadly they have lost a customer
Misleading customers

Went for a pedicure and gel color. The lady that was seeing me did not seem like she wanted to be there at all however the young lady doing the threading did and was smiley. The pedicure was okay but however when it came to painting I wasn’t too sure. I loved the color however there was occasions where I felt a pain from the ladies nail digging in trying to get the paint off my skin however still polish on my skin. And started to chip already. A bit disappointed in the outcome. Going to stick to my regular nail bar :)

The price of the eyebrow threading is really good, only £5. The staff have been smiley and friendly. I have always been able to just walk in and have my eyebrows done so no booking required. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is its always a bit messy in there, would take 2 seconds to wizz a broom round or wipe down an area after each customer and would make clients feel more relaxed and at ease.

I had my mani pedi done at this welcoming salon. I went in for a full cleanse on my hands and feet and wanted to get gel nails done. The staff had amazing energy and offered me tea. The music was lovely to listen to. The customer service was extremely good. They were very gentle and kind as soon as I walked in. I had lovely conversations with the staff and the outcome of my nails was professionally good. I 100% recommend this salon for anyone who lives in Hertfordshire. Overall my experience here as a first time customer was 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back for all the other treatments they offer.

Had SNS removed, standard polish applied - to be honest the quality was diabolical.

Nail technician said my nails were dry - they didn't feel tacky to me but she was the 'professional' and had the experience to know whether they were dry or not.

Two thumb nails smudged/other nails started to flake by the following morning.

Returned to the salon next day, spoke to the manager, she said she was unable to give a refund but could get the nail technician to re-do my nails. I had no confidence in the ability of the nail technician, so not an option. Manager asked if I thought my nails were dry when I left, told her they didn't feel tacky to me BUT I am the client, not a nail technician. Surely ensuring my nails are dry/satisfactory is the job of the nail technician. I am paying good money for a satisfactory service! Was advised to email my concerns and they would respond with 48 hours, three weeks later still no reply.

I would most definitely not recommend this nail salon.

Me and my friend went to this place to get a footspa with nail polish and we were so disappointed with the service we have received.. the lady was really nice and very accommodating but the quality and standard of the service was very bad.. normally if you go to places and get a footspa they will soak ur feet for atleast 10mins before cleaning ur nails but here i just wet my feet and she started cleaning it she was done cleaning my nails in less than 2mins and scrub my foot for 30sec the way she did my nail polish was awful and as soon as got home the nail polish was all ruined after being in 30mins in a freezing cold airdrying machine they have it is like throwing my money to the bin and its not even cheap £25.50 i have to pay.
I called to say about my nail polish being ruined she told me to come back and she will fix it or she will give me a £3 back for a nail polish. To be honest I dont really want to go back there ever. They could have atleast offer me to refund the money. .

The ladies at Nandini’s are very warm welcoming and friendly! I had a neck, shoulder and back massage and it was super relaxing. They made sure we had everything we needed and made sure the pressure was to our liking. I feel so much better after my massage, will be back for sure!
