Amazing service, came in not sure of what i wanted. The lady helped me and offered a bunch of nail styles i might like based on the pictures i had. The design i ended up picking was quite tricky, but she did it with absolutely no hesitation, and flawlessly. My nails are so beautiful and carefully done and it accidentally ran into closing time and she still continued to take her time and finish the design perfectly. I would 100% recommend for a person centred experience, staff very chatty and lovely and willing to help with everything. Brilliant atmosphere and clean salon, i have recommended to many of my friends.If you want perfect nails at good price with service included, definitely look to come here.

Had my nails done by Chrissy . She was amazing and friendly and did my nails exactly like I wanted . She did my moms nails as well which my mom loved .she is great at her job. And makes a person feel really comfortable to talk to

Had my nails done before my holiday paid £35 for basic style 2 days later one came off 7 days later 4 of them are lifting at the cuticles. Usually my nails stay on for a good 3 weeks. I wouldnt return here.

I was absolutely appalled at the service I received here with my brow waxing and ‘lash tint’. During the process I could feel my eyelashes stinging. The chair didn’t even have anywhere to put your head but they expected you to lean back, I was leant back for 25 minutes without any rest on my neck. The tint didn’t work on my eyebrows, waste of money, would have rather gone somewhere else that offered a lift aswell. Staff were rude, other than that lady who did my nails. All stood around at the desk talking about the customers badly. Very overpriced aswell. They tried to tell me they didn’t accept card, which was a lie because they had a card machine right there. I refused to pay cash and then I was finally told I could use my card to pay. Wont be going there again.

Have been to this salon previously a few times for eyebrows which have always been lovely, and the staff have always been really kind.
I went into today and thought I would get my nails done as well as my eyebrows. The lady that welcomed me in was lovely. I sat down at the nail desk with a lady, showed her the nails i liked and she said that was fine so started prepping. I do gel nails myself but fancied a change with acrylic. About 5 minutes into the treatment she nicked my skin while cutting my cuticles which is fine, it was only a small cut. She did not wipe it, change her gloves or wipe the equipment. She went onto the next nail and cut it again but this time more than a little nick. It began bleeding instantly and it hurt. She did not apologise. She started buffing the nails before wiping any of the blood from my now (2) bleeding fingers. She tried to buff the finger that she had cut at that point I told her to stop as I wasn’t willing to get an infection from applying acrylic over the cut. She still did not apologise, she got up and walked over to her colleagues before I had even chance to put my coat on. One of the ladies that i’ve had my eyebrows done by before did apologise which i appreciate, and asked to see the cut. I told her it was ok, but i just wasn’t going to risk an infection from this. She apologised again. The lady that was doing my nails still didn’t apologise upon me leaving the salon. I do normally go here for my eyebrows but sadly won’t be returning after this awful experience.

Absolute despicable customer service!
I have been coming for years to this shop for my eyebrows waxed.
My mum went a few weeks ago and was unhappy with her treatment and the member of staff who did it. They dropped hot wax into her hair (bare in mind this has happened on a few occasions, but she never said anything) and the lady who did the treatment was very rough, didn’t put on after care treatment when she had finished. Didn’t even offer a mirror so she could see what she had done!
My mum then complained as she was unhappy with their service. As a customer you have the right to complain when something isn’t of quality!
I then went into store today, to be told that I am barred from the shop!?!?!
For something i haven’t done! I wasn’t even there!
Their protocol must be if one customer complains then the whole family and friends who use the salon get bared too!
Whatever happened to customers being able to put a complaint in!

I went there for threading 🧵 and she make my eyebrows one side thick and oneside thin and also its not clear there was lots of small hair and its so expensive also. I will never go there again very disappointed 😢. And i don’t know her name but she doesn’t look like a professional and her work also .

absolutely horrible lashes came out with in hours after they guaranteed them saying in fir 3 weeks my eye lids felt heavy and most of my natural lashes came out bc i had to remove them off and i used proper kit. even then half of my natural lashes came off. our eyes because i went with a friend swelled up before and after we took them off absolutely horrendous. the clumps stabbed us in our eyes and just bent as in the photo.
