One month later.. after me chasing & wasting my money to drive and park my car just to go to the salon hoping to get an apology and a voucher.. I was also doing everything I can to get in touch with the customer service via phone, social media and emails. There are was ZERO response. Very poor beauty service, aftercare and customer service. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this salon. Not only they took my money but at the end of this I had a very traumatic experience. It really saddens me that they were laughing at me when I pointed out their mistake and blaming me for it. I would rate this zero star.

I had really bad experience today . Today i do my threading of eye brow from here . The staff who did my threading was not gentle it was so pain full . I said her that it is pain full she did not care about that and continue threading . After they done it was not properly done , and her response was this much only she can do. also around my eye brow it's still pain full . There is a 2-3 scratches and cuts around my both eye brow . I am so sad about this matter 😞

I dropped in and got lucky. Had a good massage (30mins) and an eyebrow wax. I think the prices are extremely reasonable. I had a lovely lady for my treatments.

Awful result. While the lady was very friendly and sweet, I have never experienced such pain during and after my thread. I couldn’t touch or move my brows for a day, the shape was fine I just needed to pluck a couple to get the perfect shape for me. The TINT was shocking. I had to go home and scrub with micellar water and baking soda & shampoo to get off the horrendous shape that wasn’t even the shape of my eyebrows. I think next time I’d rather spend £40 instead of £15 to avoid the whole ordeal again

Very friendly service. I visit regularly for eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint. Always satisfied with result! however salon equipment and decor does need updating.

I had my spa pedicure done by Tina and to be honest I am very fussy and very picky about my pedicure but she done an amazing job , also I even didn’t have an appointment and as she was free when I walked in she accepted to do it straightaway .

I was asked to leave a review after I got my nails done here and strongly encouraged to do it before I even left the room… I’m now editing my overall positive review to say that I do not recommend this place for nails. My gel nails lasted all of about 3 days and when I called she told me that this was because I had “short nails”! Funny that because my nails are always short and I’d never had this happen in another place…

Absolutely awful experience!!!! All the time that I was in the chair getting my eyelashes done the two ladies where chatting in their own language!!! So rude!!!
Quality of actual eyelash extentions is so poor! They charge £80 for a full set - so you would expect a good quality however my lashes feel like their made of plastic! I left with dirty eyelids from the cheap glue used as whilst they were trying to clean the black glue off my eyes got irritated and the lady just said oh well your skin is too sensitive!!!! Im Absolutely shocked at the quality and service ! LADIES DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR EYELASHES! Better to wait until your technician is available ...
