It doesn’t even deserve 1 star, went to get my nails done yesterday for the first time in a while and after 30 minutes the nails were already falling off, so I went back and they fixed it and they assured me this issue wouldn’t happen again, would you guess? Fell off again so went back there this morning as I had £40 for this service and it doesn’t live up to expectations, the staff are friendly but the service is terrible, obviously the glue is either not good quality or the nails, but when everytime I go back they just say I will fix it, I don’t even want to get their service from them again and when I asked for a refund they just say they’re not the owners and to call and email to owner which I just think is a whole scam! Will definitely not be returning back to this shop!

Not the best place where to get the nails done. I feel like I was annoying the beautician when I asked her if they had availability for a pedicure. While doing it, I had to ask her to pay attention cause she was hurting me a lot. Plus the nail polish must be of very poor quality as it’s already ruined the same day. She also got me bleeding. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not a great experience. Came to get a basic shellac removal... premises felt a bit basic and the venue a bit tired. The whole removal process took 20-25 mins and felt like my nails were left to sit with the removal pads for too long whilst the technician disappeared into another room! The technician was friendly enough, however I wouldn't return as the environment didn't feel as nice as other nail salons, and I think even for a basic shellac removal it took too long.

Again another fantastic service receive from Anna. She’s very professional and very thorough. I always have my facial in smart look Beaty and I never had a disappointed visit.
Also, I recommended this salon to my mum and she has been coming here for years to have her eye brows done with no complaints.

Rohan’s worked on my nails. Had Jell , shellac. She was amazing. Took her time making sure everything was done well and very very polite and gentle. very happy with her work also my facial threading. Will ask for her again.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
I have booked a pedicure for myself and my friend for her birthday as a surprise , it soon became the worst pedicure we ever had.
Staff was not knowledgeable, minimal english! my nails were given different shapes , the staff had long dirty nails and kept scratching my feet during the treatment.
Also, the "beautician"went from doing my feet to threading someone's eyebrows without washing their hands ( it happened several times with different staff members),
My toenails had to be redone and therefore didn't dry properly , as you can see in the picture, they got smudged on both toes.
My friend's pedicure had a few steps skipped on one of her legs as clearly the staff was in a hurry.
It was definitely not worth the money, very expensive for unsatisfying service.
Please start training your staff in providing the services people pay money for and also train them in hand hygiene and infection control!
Definitely will not revisit and would not recommend it.

I stayed over at a family friend's this weekend and was fascinated by the counter offering facial threading on a trip to the mall. The upper lip and eyebrow threading was well-priced and done in a comfortable manner, I certainly enjoy the look of my brows and hairless upper lip much more in the mirror now. I also spontaneously went for a pedicure, the staff was very friendly (same lovely lady who did the threading!) and the process was relaxing. An adjustable massage chair was offered, the staff wore gloves throughout and cleaned up my toenails thoroughly. Will definitely come back for another round of beauty treatments the next time I drop by!

I went to this lovely salon to fix my nails after a horrible experience somewhere else. They were so patients and very helpful. They’ve done such a beautiful job. Staff was friendly, they made my day, they have very good prices and best customer service. I highly recommend this place.
