Naz Hair & Beauty Salon London

Been going to the smaller version of this shop for a while now! (Few shops down, on the opposite side of the road) and went to this one to get my eyebrows threaded recently. Much prefer the smaller shop they own but this was good too. Ladies in there do an amazing job!! They are very thorough and remove every single hair! Highly recommend...

The lady I had did not know how to thread eyebrows. DO NOT GO THERE!
Asked for her to keep them thick, no trim, just clean them up. Came out unsymmetrical and super thin... Think 1990's thin but both different shapes!! Rude to me when I pointed this out. Be warned!

Very bad customer service! Better to avoid ! She's rude and embarrases you infront of other people without even thinking, she has no people speaking skills and very dismissive

Incredibly rude - spent most of my treatment time speaking about me and laughing at me in their language unprovoked.

Both the salon owner and the therapist didn’t realise that even though I was wearing headphones I could hear what they were saying and I knew that they were talking about me because a few words were said in English (and were references to a previous treatment that I had had done there before but the salon owner went onto lie and say that they were discussing a haircut that they had done for a client yesterday) so I knew that the owner and that member of staff were talking about me.

I told them both I am in the industry too and as a therapist and a client I know that it is not nice to hear the service providers talk about you in such a way. Both of them remained completely silent throughout the duration of the treatment. WHY? Because they are guilty as charged.

I am not happy with my right eyebrow but because I was so upset with the service today I left without even saying anything

It's alright. Had one good experience and the staff were nice. Would want to visit and see how it is after 3 years.

I did yesterday full body waxing and face Threading was so good. Clean Salon and Staff
Is very nice and kind. Specially owner is very kind lady. She gave me discount. I like it. Next time I will go again this Salon.

Increased the prices but quality of work has gone downhill. Unfortunately I won’t be returning, sad considering how many years I have been visiting naz
