Burnt my face when waxing. These things happen so I just asked for a refund. This review was written because she then blamed me for using a hair removal cream 3 months ago. I said “it was because of you went over the hot wax twice” and she said “no. I do this job everyday.” There was no need for the attitude, I would have returned otherwise.

Mani&Pedi. Service was okay, pedicure could have been better eg cleaning under toes and paying more attention of dead skin .mani was the same left with 3 scuffs 1 being very painful before and after . Nails were uneven.

Really quick and great service! Eyebrow and upper lip Threading was perfect.

Big five stars for their eyebrow threading. The woman here really listens to what you want. I like my eyebrows thinner than what the current trend is, and she did that perfectly. I travel a lot and get my eyebrows threaded twice a month from all different places, and this spot very much stands out as one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s £7 but definitely tip if you can; she does a better job than spots that charge much more.

JK Beauty is the absolute best! A happy accident and now it will be my regular threading place :) So quick, clean, and well-done and staff was so lovely! Really amazing vibes :) 10/10 Recommend!
