I got my eyelash extensions done and after a week days a really big chank of them fell off. I rushed to the salon since I looked unpresentable and I had work the next day. I was expecting apologies and having the missing part redone for free. Instead of that i was told that i need to pay a full price for a refill. When I said that I think it is really weird what happened and that it hasn’t happened to me before I was told that it’s my fault. I had to get them removed in a differen salon. I dont recomend.

Had my eyelashes tinted, absolutely fabulous.👁👁💜. They do so much more. Very conveniently positioned inside the bental centre, ground floor, near to Starbucks.

The service was fine, but the eyelash extensions were horrible. They didn’t turn out how I asked for. And the person was blaming my lashes for not able to do it. Amateur behaviour, lack of skills.

Avoid having your manicure here! I had shellac done and it’s very messy and after 30 minutes of having them done they were already peeling off! The electric nail file they use is also quite painful and harsh on the nail! I would definitely avoid this and I will never come back! Very disappointed!

Very bad experience I had my eyelashes done cost me 25£ after 1 hour start to came off even I asked lady about the quality and how long stay and she said 2 weeks if you take care I didn’t even back home start to came off the next day I back to salon rashly I found other lady who told the lady was her she is no in till next week it’s was very bad specially when u trust someone how seems to do her job professionally

Awful service, very rude staff and appalling job. They have ruined my eye lashes and permed them rather than given me a lash lift. My lashes look terrible and shorter and are extremely dry now. This is the opposite to what I requested. They will not refund me my money will only redo my lashes but you cannot do this as this may make my lashes fall off if they are over processed. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as legally I am owed my money back as the service is not what I asked. They also spoke in another language in the treatment room to each other which is very rude and disrespectful. Do not go here. I will be spreading the word on social media.

Terrible work!! White gel polish all over the cuticle and uneven work around the edges. Very poor quality. When I asked to remove the nail polish from the cuticle, the staff replied it would peel the gel itself! Should have been offered a do-over. Instead the staff member blamed white gel being one of the most difficult to apply. But that’s not an excuse for a supposed professional! Do NOT recommend this place to anyone and will never visit again
