I bought a groupon voucher for eyelash extension and it was an absolute bargain and amazing customer care overall and her salon is so stylish and professional I literally didn’t want to leave. Denise trained me and she is an absolutely lovely, kind and passionate woman she takes pride in her work to make sure everything was done to a great standard which I appreciate so much very rarely do you come across a fantastic boss lady like Denise! Literally taught me every technique, gave me all the vendors, was very practical when teaching and she gave me a whole booklet guide when I got my qualification. I’m finally starting my journey to be a eyelash technician all thanks to this stunning woman! I’m so happy with my training , if I want to do any more beauty courses in the future I’ll definitely be coming back here! I recommend D academy of beauty 100%. Thank you so much for your training.

Brought a Groupon deal and honestly can't go wrong the lashes lasted ages and Denise did an amazing job loved the service and was so relaxed. Also recommended few other friends to get it and they also loved it. Thank you Denise we all loved our lashes

Had a full set of hybrid mix 3D eyelashes completed by Denise via Groupon. I was a bit confused by the salon as you're lying in the same room as 3 other people getting their eyelashes done by other beauticians, I assume they are not all called Denise lol. Anyway she completed it in one-and-a-half hours and they were exactly how I wanted. Refills were very reasonably priced so I will be back for the summer. I was also able to Park very easily around there.

first time getting my lashes done here and it was the absolute best experience. Amazing lash tech, my lashes are stunning and she was so warm and welcoming. The salon was so beautiful and clean and just overall incredible service. I will definitely be returning

I have buy Russian lashes course from Groupon on the course day my son was in hospital I couldn’t come I informed her. I booked next day but she did allow me to sit in course I haven’t got any email.any confirmation about policy on the day she miss behave with me and and she said to me go home leave this place I was literally cry I never been treated like this in my life. 30 minutes drive to come home I was so upset I couldn’t drive she insulted me. After 2 hours she called me and say to me sorry I was upset there’s allot of stuff going in academy that’s why this happened. But I wasn’t responsible for anything. I never recommend to anyone and till now she didn’t refund my money. I have waist my time my fuel and I treated like that.

I recommend her 100%, free parking, best prices for eyelashes and infills, and a really lovely comfy bed and relaxing room. You won't find better than Denise!

I bought a Groupon voucher for eyelashes tint&lift. I booked an appointment a week in advance and received a confirmation email and text. When I came to my appointment there was noone there and noone answered the phone. I even texted and finally after a little while someone replied that they are at a different location and my appointment is not happening. Not only that I wasted my time to get there (45 mins there and back), money on transport, but I was also really looking forward to my lashes being done. I am really disappointed. This is appalling service. I wouldn't recommend it or ever go back. This is not a way how to treat your customers.
